Levied Fines from Zone 8
Submitted By dmatheson on Monday, June 4, 2012
North Perth Lacrosse Assoc. has been levied a number of fines from games played during the month of May. These include individual fines which are to be paid by the player/coach that drew that fine, and fines for game sheet infractions.  Please have a team representative check over the game sheet at the end of each game to make sure that it is filled in properly before submitting it to the zone.  Areas of concern include: game start time, game end time, two timekeepers signature, penalty minutes tallied, goals tallied, game game sheet summary completed.  The referees do have a certain responsibility to complete their portion of this sheet after the game, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of the home team to make sure that the sheet is completed. Please have your team managers collect the fines and forward to the club treasurer preferably before the next game is played.  Failure to pay fines may result in suspension.

Medical Forms have been added to the library(lower right screen).  All players AND coaching staff should have a completed form to be carried in the trainers kit.

Team Pictures are in.  A team representative will be handing them out.  Picture fees were included in registration.
