Refund Policy
If a program is not offered, a full refund will be given.
March 1- 14 - Full refund minus $40 mandatory insurance fees will be awarded.
March 15-31 - 75% less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees.
April 1-15 - 50% less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees.
April 16-30 - 25% less the aforementioned mandatory insurance fees.
After April 30th, no refunds offered except for medical reasons or extenuating circumstances to be presented to the NPLA Executive for consideration. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected]
A request for refund must be made in writing.
