Game 3 vs Owen Sound
Once again the Intermediates came up a little short on the scoreboard. Allowing 1 goal a period and not being able to get any past the Owen Sound tender gave the opponants a 3-0 victory. With some key pieces missing the Outlaws managed to keep pace all game.
Both teams exhibited decent defence to keep the game a low scoring affair. Although both teams had the chances to break the game wide open, both Owen Sound's and Outlaw's goalie Ben Underwood stood tall making numerous saves. After a fairly calm first period, frustration started to set in as both teams ended up with 29 penalty minutes each. Although starting with a 0-3 record the Outlaws are being competitive as the margin of goals have not exceeded 3 facing some larger centres such as Brantford, OS, and Guelph.
